Meet the team: Owen
Owen is part of our Customer Services Team — on the front line making sure that our customers get the great service that they deserve. Owen started working at Everflow in October 2020, so we thought it's about time we found out about his favourite Greggs item, and how he's found working at Everflow so far.
Where's your favourite holiday destination? Anywhere out of this country, preferably somewhere hot and with a good nightlife.
Tell us one thing on your bucket list: One thing I would love to do one day is go to an away England match in the world cup or euros.
What do you get when you go to Greggs? Steak bake and a sausage, bean and cheese melt.
What is a typical day like for you on Customer Services? A typical day consists of dealing with customer accounts, whether that is submitting a meter read or dealing with a complex billing query, you will never find yourself with nothing to do.
What do you like about working at Everflow?
The thing I like about working at Everflow is the people, the team I work with is great.
What have you learnt in your role so far?
I have learnt a lot. I started with no knowledge of the water market, or anything to do with water in fact, but now I feel I have a good knowledge of all of this.
And what is something most people won’t know about you? I am qualified to teach and support primary school PE lessons and I am a qualified football coach.
