When and why did you start working at Everflow?
In April 2017 at English market opening. I had just completed a degree and was looking for a career change after 12 years in the hair and beauty industry. I accepted the offer from Everflow solely based on my interview and Josh’s laugh!
What’s it been like seeing the company grow and change?
It’s been a rollercoaster, going from 5 of us in a small office to where we are now. We are all immensely proud of everything we have achieved.
What is a typical day like for you at Everflow?
My team are primarily my focus: supporting the billing, payment and data quality functions as well as supporting the customer services team with any queries. Alongside that I am usually involved in any big projects across the business and improving processes.
Favourite Everflow memory?
It would either be our trip to London for the National Business Awards or Mario Kart tournaments.
What does the Everflow Way mean to you?
